I take my pool water to them to get tested and they are always helpful and never try to oversell! The people who work here are super nice too.
Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, plus they're open until 5:30p on weekdays. I've never felt like they're trying to push chemicals on me. A+
The best in town, I have been disappointed with the competitors in ocean springs several times before I decided to use Deep South exclusively. Nicest people with the most knowledgeable about what they do in town , BAR NONE!
I came in with my Aunt this morning and you guys are a lifesaver!! You knew what to do with a copper ion pool when all the other pool stores didn't. I used to use Deep South when I had my pool, so I wanted to get her to the right people, which is Deep South. Thank God she knows where to go now with all her pool needs! Thank you to the wonderful ladies this morning for all the help!
The guys did an excellent job on the pool today at Coast Meadows. It looks better than ever! Thank you.
