They are incredibly awesome and professional, the technicians are very swift and warm to be around and the office staff are super polite and accommodating to any need or issue you may have
Terrible service do not recommend staff has attitudes when you ask questions brings chipped glass knowing they can’t install it honestly don’t even know how there in business still
TOOK OVER A YEAR AND FOUR INSTALLS TO COMPLETE OUR GLASS. It’s honestly laughable how bad our experience was with Deep South Glass. They don’t inspect their glass for defects before installing and clearly have a quality control issue. They installed the wrong size glass (height was 3” off), then busted glass, then scratched glass (no baby scratch, it was 16”), before finally getting it right the fourth time. So disappointed in this company. We try to use local companies for all our needs. We called 2 weeks ago and requested someone to come and give an estimate so we could have all the windows in our home replaced. They said someone would call in a couple of days and set up time. It has now been 2 weeks and not a word from them.
