They were amazing. Charles was very helpful and explained everything clearly and answered all questions. The pricing was by far the best we had received compared to corporate prices. They both are so good, each week that they come they are so thorough about resetting traps and looking around to make sure that nothing is wrong. Monday he will be back to recheck the traps again. Hayden Wray showed up promptly at the time he told us to expect him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions., and his work was very thorough.
I called Charles on a personal recommendation from a neighbor when I had bad ant mounds in the front yard that I couldn't get rid of. He set me up with someone who called me back the next day. Hayden was great, walked the property, gave me a quote, and handled it that day. I really appreciated Hayden walking the property a week later and a follow up call to make sure everything was in order. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
