Chad did my piercings and he was amazing! I would definitely come here again! The staff are friendly, professional, and take cleanliness seriously. I felt super comfortable here as soon as I walked in.

had a wonderful experience with Dave in Alderwood! super kind and helpful, gave me my 7th and favorite (bridge) piercing i have!! they have the most BEAUTIFUL jewelry, it’s expensive - but you pay for quality and an APP piercer! he KNOWS what he’s doing!! the entire staff is kind and great to interact with, will definitely be coming back to get my second nostril, high nostrils, tongue and vertical labret done when the mask mandate is over!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I got my conch pierced and within a day it was incredibly swollen even though I had done the aftercare correctly. I have had several piercings in my past, so I know what the aftercare of a piercing is. Come to the next day and my cartilage is so swollen, my earring is completely embedded in my ear. After going to back to the piercing shop (only for them to tell me they can just re-pierce the area while it is swollen and infected), urgent care, and then 5 hours in the ER while they dig the piercing ou... read more

We drove down from Bellingham to Alderwood for my 12 y.o.daughter to get her ears pierced at Deep Roots. After a few in-person visits to check out the Bellingham piercing/tattoo shops, I didn't feel comfortable taking my daughter to any of them, due to inappropriate pictures, dark and creepy decor, and the array of pierced plastic penis models. I just had a nostril piercing done last week at the Alderwood location and the experience could not have been better! Ben was amazingly patient with all my questions and after a short time my anxiety turned into excitement! The guy at the front desk was so very rude to myself and my 5 year old daughter,on her birthday! We ended up leaving because we started feeling very unwelcome and he was scaring her! She is Shy and he did not catch on. Instead he got in her face drilling her over and over the same thing just different wording, how this is her responsibility and if anything happens after we leave he’s not doing anything about it.
