Mary was stupendous. I like my hair very short and wanted frosted tips as well. She asked questions along the way and got it exactly how I wanted it. Because it was short, she had to do the tips by hand. It was more work than I realized so I thought the price would be high, but very reasonable. The salon is also very clean and welcoming. Everyone I've come in contact with have been very nice.
Had a GREAT experience with Mary doing my hair today. She listened, consulted & executed flawlessly. I wish I could give 10 stars, the whole experience- booking appt, the show too /shop itself is classy, elegant, clean. The owner Shellie is engaging with clients. A++++

Love Deep Roots! I’ve been here a couple times for a haircut and the experience was lovely, but this time I went in for a color service. Ashlyn was amazing! Talked about what I wanted and she told me each thing she was doing to ease my mind about the process. Great conversation and just a great person to have do my hair! My hair looks better than I could have imagined, I absolutely love it. 10/10 would return again. Thank you!
