I have been going to see Atlanta at Deep Roots 8+ years! She does an amazing job every single time! Great customer service! Beautiful shop! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for a consultation for a perm with Emily. She scheduled an appointment and texted a day before to reschedule due to a family emergency. I agreed to reschedule for the following week. I checked in with her to confirm my appointment (drive is 35 minutes to Wilson), only to be told I never replied and the spot had been filled. Definitely will not go back as I did not get the impression I was important as a client.
