Dr. Kevin is the most selfless, compassionate person! My son hurt his back late on Friday night. I called Deep Roots at 10am on Saturday to see if he could be seen, knowing it’s a long shot. Dr. Kevin was already overbooked and my son was a new patient so they had to schedule him for Monday. No problem. The office called back 20mins later and said that Dr. Kevin has to see him before Monday because he is in pain. He squeezed him in and my son felt so much better!! Thank you, Dr. Kevin!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the administrative management of this chiropractic office. I was receiving medically necessary massage therapy through this practice as part of an ongoing treatment plan. These massages are part of managing a medical condition and preventing symptom flare-ups; they are not optional. From the beginning, the front desk staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and were at times condescending. They were confused about insurance coverage.
