Ariana's targeted massage has changed my physical functionality in ways I didn't know were possible. My range of spinal rotation is increased by probably 20%, my feet point more nearly forward (still working on it), my shoulders rest to the rear of my centerline, my head is more directly over my spine, and the list goes on. Her deep tissue work, and ability to correlate cause and effect of muscle systems - and to resolve the issues - is like no one else from whom I've gotten body work.

I was having lower back and shoulder issues and Ari was able to release the tension in both areas. She worked on my legs, feet & hips that left me feeling more grounded and relaxed. My shoulder now has full rotation without pain. Thank you, definitely coming back! 10/10

Ariana was super good with addressing some of the tension issues and helping resolve those. She also creates an environment where your able to relax and really enjoy the massage. Hoping to go again soon, highly recommend a visit to her!

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a deep and detailed personal massage. I had multiple areas needing attention due to excessive and repetitive sports/lifting and Ari was able to hit them all within a 2 hour massage. If you need a deep sports massage I recommend you come here. She is very good with cupping, hot stones, and other manual techniques to get the job done. Reasonably priced and more than worth it.
