Cynthia is an absolute pleasure. She helped me work through my trauma and created a safe place for me to ground and use my gifts without judgement. I appreciate her gentleness and the clarity that she brought me in the education that I received regarding spirituality. I would highly recommend!
I started seeing Cynthia about two months ago. I have suffered from PTSD, Anxiety, depression my entire life. In conjunction with talk therapy, adding Cynthia in with reiki and hypnosis has benefited my life in so many positive ways in such a short time. Cynthia tailors each session to my needs. The environment is calming and very inviting. Cynthia has a true gift. I recommend booking a session if you feel you need some self help and a little TLC.
I saw Cynthia for hypnosis to relieve seasickness before an upcoming trip to Venice, Italy. I'm happy to share that I had no issues while I was away and I took multiple boat trips!! I did 2 sessions before my trip, both times I went into a deep restful place, which really helped reduce my anxiety around my trip, and in general.
Cynthia has been a blessing in my life. She’s such a caring person . Her method of Reiki helped me so much that I decided to take her Reiki class , becoming her student open the doors for so much positive outcomes in my life .
Amazing time. I felt so relaxed the rest of the day! It is a very calm, safe space. I highly recommend Cynthia!
