I would give a 0 if I could. No clue how they even have a business. Not one time in multiple months have they delivered on the specified day to our business (Monday). Each and every week some variation of this will occur: "We will be there by 5pm"... ~4:50 we call in: "we are backed up, we will make it a priority the next day and have the delivery driver and/or the center contact you" (They have never been called)... rinse and repeat until Thursday, or we are told to wait until the next delivery date (in a week) we have sche... read more
Water was supposed to be delivered 8/19. Was on phone listening to how committed they were to quality service (2 calls equaling over 2 hours of wait time.) Web site and mobile site useless. Just lets me know water is on its way- no real time feedback. When I finally got through was told that manager/supervisor would call me back when they found out where delivery was. NEVER CALLED BACK! When I called back again was told delivery would be on 8/20. Called today 8/20 around 4:30p. Still on hold 5:38p. Water still not delivered.... read more
We haven't had a water delivery in 5 weeks. No one has tried to contact us, no apology for the inconvenience. After several attempt to get an additional delivery scheduled I called their customer service line. I called on August 11th, I was assured a delivery by August 13th, no one ever showed up. I have again called their customer service line, and I have been waiting 45 minutes for anyone to answer the call. As if they're business wasn't already in trouble, they just lost another customer.

This is one of the most mismanaged companies I have EVER dealt with. I have had nothing but problems with them. Today they delivered my water - never bothered to ring the doorbell or knock on the door to tell me they were there and just left everything at the top of my driveway. Common courtesy as a delivery service would be to knock on the door so they can deliver the service. Common Sense!! There is none of that with this company.
