I apologize for the delay for submitting this review, but I greatly appreciate all of the work that Cos put forth for me trying to get my account straightened out. Ever since water changed ownership, it has been a bit of a fiasco. Cos got me fixed up a couple years ago and everything was great but once someone else received his route, things were chaotic again. We’ve been getting our company water from Primo for a very long time. It’s changed companies a few times and had a few growing pains, but when Cos came on, that all changed. We are very happy with Cos, he has amazing customer service always with a smile!
The new guy they have working up here I think is name is like Cosme or something..he's great handled all the issues I had been having and everything is going way better now.
