Dr. Buch has been exceptionally kind & patient with me & my concerns. He’s always open to my ideas/questions regarding my health, medication, etc. Dr. Buch has always made time for me & I believe he truly cares about his patients. I wish you all free from anxiety!
The office staff is the worst, the biller does not know how to do her job. My first claim was denied so I called my insurance company multiple times and they have no claims on file everytime I call, I even gave the biller the name of the person at insurance company , the phone number and email with the reference number to get the situation resolved. She refused to resubmit the claim, her response was I submitted it and I can’t help that the insurance did not get the claim I sent it. All of my other claims got paid. But she w... read more
