In August I ordered an Agate Positivity bracelet for $38.69. On August 22, 2018 I noticed that there were two charges from Project Yourself on my credit card: both for $38.69. I have called them three times, sent 6 emails, sent three Facebook messages and to date have not received a response other than a form email indicating someone would contact me within 48 hours: that was dated August 24. Ordered a bracelet on 7/26/18 for $34.99 and payment cleared as such. Then on 8/15/18 I noticed they withdrew another $34.99 without me even knowing or purchasing another item. I have emailed them three times with attached proof of charges on my bank account and they still have not credited me back the $34.99. I WILL NEVER buy another item from them as they are a fraudulent business that steals money out of your bank account.
Ordered and paid for necklace on January 11 2018. Company never said product was coming from China. They are based in California. It took 44 days and numerous complaints before item showed up. Had already bought locally and it took 7 days and was cheaper. I will never buy from them again.
Buyer Beware with this company. The have slick marketing and poor quality of products, misleading advertising on the products they are selling and poor customer response ability in a timely manner. I bought two items (one which broke the first time I wore it and did not match (in size) the photo of the product I purchased), the second one was advertised as something it was not. I have been dealing with your company since November 28th when I first ordered the bracelet. In that time I have emailed at least 10-15 times I have called and left messages at least 6 times. In all that time I have only received one email reply, very disappointing.
