I purchased a bracelet from these people. I never made an account with this company. They had the nerve to sign me up for some membership called ******. $149.50 per month. I never signed up for that! ******************* is a scam. I wish I read reviews before purchasing because I had the same experience and have not received my order. When I emailed after 2 weeks of nothing, they gave me a tracking number for a package that still hasn't shipped. Their site said the item was in stock. I have emailed several times only to be told shipping status is delayed. They aren't shipping the items purchased, they are only producing tracking numbers. I ordered 3 bracelets on two separate orders about 2 days apart. After two weeks waiting just for a shipping confirmation. My tracking has said the last week and a half that it’s waiting to be accepted. Meanwhile I emailed the company and one lady emailed back that the products had shipped out already. I still have got nothing 12 days later, and I emailed again and the lady said it was at usps facility waiting to be sorted, I find it hard it takes 2 weeks to be sorted and I still have no updates. I just check my bank account and saw a charge of $149.95. I have not ordered anything from this company especially that amount. I called my bank immediately and they are disputing it for me. BEWARE and watch your account... I ONLY put 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without one. SCAM big time
Definitely a scam. Ordered a "Chakra" Bracelet for about $9. Saw the charges for the bracelet on my American Express (and hadnt received the bracelet yet), and also a $159 charge from the same company. Tried to call them. Deep Origins and Project Yourself is one and same company out to defraud unsuspecting customers. The advertised a bracelet which I paid for but they shipped me a wrong crappy bracelet. When I complained they informed me that their policy does not cover return and refund. I basically was scammed of my money. I'd like to warn potential buyers, as these folks are out to scam you. My husband purchased a bracelet for me for Christmas. After Christmas I was trying to wear the bracelet but it would not slide onto my wrist. He called and then emailed Deep Origins regarding the bracelet and asked if we could return it because of the fit or lack there of. They responded and said that all you had to do is pull the bracelet and stretch it open to fit. They said they could do an exchange, but not a return.
