I have been seeing Christine for over a year and my life has gotten so much better and so much easier. Christine is incredibly easy to talk to and has the experience and knowledge to help without making it feel sterile and uncomfortable. She was a godsend when I had to deal with a difficult and unexpected situation last year. I would definitely recommend her.
We have loved going to Christine at Deep Healing Retreat and counseling. Both my children have seen her and have loved her- she is fun and easy to talk to. I have seen an improvement in both of them with anxiousness and she has given them great tools for coping mechanisms.
I have had a very positive experience over the last year+ of attending sessions with Christine. She makes you feel heard & validated while also working with you to find solutions to have a successful, healthy life. I love that her approach incorporates talk therapy and mindfulness exercises. This is the longest I have stuck with therapy ever & plan to continue attending. Highly recommend!
Christine has been nothing short of great this past year I’ve been going to her. She is educated, insightful and helpful. Having her perspective and guidance has been invaluable for me. It’s hard to find a good counselor, and I’m glad I found her. She helped me learn how to do breath work which has been very helpful for me. Would recommend, 10/10.
There is a huge need for mental health services and providers that really do care. Christine possesses ingenuity (that you cannot teach) and she has a natural ability to connect with people. Her desire to help others shows in her genuine interest and drive to make a difference in the world and others lives.
