I have had a very positive experience over the last year+ of attending sessions with Christine. She makes you feel heard & validated while also working with you to find solutions to have a successful, healthy life. I love that her approach incorporates talk therapy and mindfulness exercises. This is the longest I have stuck with therapy ever & plan to continue attending. Highly recommend!
Christine has been nothing short of great this past year I’ve been going to her. She is educated, insightful and helpful. Having her perspective and guidance has been invaluable for me. It’s hard to find a good counselor, and I’m glad I found her. She helped me learn how to do breath work which has been very helpful for me. Would recommend, 10/10.
Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. She helped me find a new perspective on life. She is the reason I allow myself to be a happier and confident person. Christine cares. I believe that’s what makes coming to her all worthwhile. I could tell right away that she was willing to go the extra mile in helping me. Highly recommended to anyone who is struggling or needs help! Do not be nervous.
There is a huge need for mental health services and providers that really do care. Christine possesses ingenuity (that you cannot teach) and she has a natural ability to connect with people. Her desire to help others shows in her genuine interest and drive to make a difference in the world and others lives. i only had a few spread out visits with Christine but every visit felt like i had never left. she remembered everything we talked about and that says alot about her genuine intentions for each client. i always felt like she created an accepting and self reflective space. would definitely reccomend her practice !
