If I could give a zero I would. The front desk was absolutely unreliable. The kiosks dont work. First time here terrible experience
Their app doesn't work, and their credit card machines rely on a swipe card, which also doesn't work on any of my cards because they're older. I have been going to this pool forever, and I was just turned away because I don't have cash - none of the technology works. I have been paying Taxes into the city my entire life. Austin cares more about impressing tourists than actually caring to take care of what matters for their residents.
