I arrived into Bryson City, NC on June 17th, 2025, a day early for a family reunion. I decided to play pickleball without my visor. I over swung my forehand and hit my front tooth…this messed up my bonding from a childhood fall. I looked like a chipmunk with a broken front tooth. Beth is an excellent Hygienist and Dr. Hickman is an awesome dentist. I was planning on staying with my dentist & hygienist back in Florida but after being treated here, I will never go back to them in Florida. This is my new dentist and hygienist. Any work I need I will drive here for it.(yes from Florida, they are that good!) The rest of the staff is top notch also( office staff & his personal assistant). I recently switched dentist, due to my other dentist leaving, and I desperately needed some teeth work! Need I say, I am very picky about a dentist, and I am an absolute nervous wreck going to one!! I called Deep Creek Dental to make an appointment, and was scheduled pretty fast! Dr.Hickman and his staff, are wonderful folks! Needless to say, I ended up having 9 teeth pulled in one day! I just have to talk about deep Creek Denistry and Dr Hickman. When i was first there, all of the staff made me feel at ease. They were all great. Dr Hickman explained to me in great detail, what i needed to have done. From extractions to fillings to a partial. He does the most pain free, work and that is a great plus for me. He worked with me on my insurance. Over all it was a pleasure for me to seek them out.
