I had a positive experience meeting Dr. Tran and his staff for the first time. They were easy to engage with and were very good about explaining things to me.
Really nice guy and very easy to talk to. Friendly, respectful, and professional. I had a great impression of him and would definitely recommend him to others.
Very professional and friendly. Communication was clear and helpful, and I had a positive impression overall. I would be happy to recommend this dental office.
Fantastic service from all team members I encountered. I just got off the phone with Jamie from reception, and she was absolutely fabulous. She exhibited patience when navigating my schedule, provided great advice for me to be mindful of while waiting for my appointment, and gave clear instructions about when to call back to escalate the issue should I need to. Dr. Matthews is kind, professional, and I trust that I'm not being recommended for services that I don't need. Highly recommend!
