My parents the Pinkcney's asked me to post this review for them as a show of their appreciation for the work you done on their only rental property. Two companies told them there was nothing that could be done and another wanted to charge $300 for three rooms! You quoted them a price of $69.99 for three rooms over the phone and honored it even after you got there and seen how bad it was.I'll be calling you to do my house. THANK'S
