I had to message him through a text message to find out what was going on through an EXISTING text thread. He claimed his battery died the night before and he didn't have my phone. Steve the owner came to do the carpet cleaning he needed to correct from the week before that was not done right. We confronting him of its still not clean Steve raised his voice at me and asked him to leave. I would no recommend this company to no one...
