TERRIBLE job - my carpets were soaking wet for a couple of days afterward and crunchy when we were finally able to get them dried out with the constant use of space heaters and fans. I do not recommend - will never use this service again.
I hired Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners, LLC to clean carpet for a condo in Portland. Owner's name is Steven Bernard. 1. First incident: The carpet I have in the condo is a commercial grade carpet which has very low nap that enables to extract water easily. Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners did such a horrible job that fungus grew on the carpet and carpet was smelling really bad. Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners never showed to our apt. 12/18. He never notified us he had to cancel. I had to message him through a text message to find out what was going on through an EXISTING text thread. He claimed his battery died the night before and he didn't have my phone. Our apt was 2 pm the next day and he didn't even try to contact me between the night before and 2pm the next day . We waisted a whole day prepping the house.
