MeMe is the best...i just love this shop atmosphere...its so welcoming...all the artists have amazing energy and i throughly enjoy getting inked there... MeMe is my girl and has beautified me with a bunch of ink and am not finished yet ;) ..i just love her!

I've personally been to one other tattoo shop and although everything was great there, with deep blue it seems like all the artists are always on point and very professional. I'm a military spouse and travel a lot but home is Santa Maria so when I plan my family visits I also plan my tattoos because I love this shop so much. They have also tattooed my mom, a friend, my mother in law and my aunt. All of them enjoyed the experience and their amazing tattoos.
The atmosphere in this shop is so great ! Got a tattoo from Meme and not only is she a great tattooer she's so much fun to be around !
Absolutely fabulous place. My first tattoo and it couldn't have been easier. Very clean, nice people...I highly recommend it.
