For the money that you pay, it would be a better view from the Lady Bay next door, still close to the Springs if you want to pay over $50 per person for 3hrs because there is not much of a discount for hotel guests, and same walk to the beachfront. Hotel only offers hotel guest 20% discount on hot springs facilities, that are on the ground floor of the hotel. We booked a two-night stay with access to the hot spa at this hotel. The booking clearly stated that free parking was included. We arrived at 2:00 p.m., but found no available parking spaces at the entrance. We explained to the front desk that we were traveling with two children and had a lot of luggage, and asked whether we could use the indoor parking area.
