We came to experience the hot springs and we were not disappointed. The place is luxurious, clean and well maintained. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive and the time of the session. I recommend getting their towels and robes to stay lighter while traveling. The changing rooms are clean and really private (which I appreciate as a Hijabi) Highly recommended experience.

We had a very positive experience staying at The Deep Blue. After camping for a while, we were really looking forward to a hotel stay and from the moment we walked in, Donna made us feel welcome! We really appreciated that we weren’t treated any differently for arriving a bit casual after days of camping. The check-in process was smooth & friendly, and Donna was helpful in answering our questions. 酒店服務不到位，尤其餐廳非常差 晚上兩個女侍應已經不知所謂，根本餐廳非常多位置，偏偏要我等半小時，那好吧就先喝一點東西再吃晚餐，要我主動去跟她說，她才安排位置，晚餐期間，放低支酒「bang」一聲，勁冇禮貌，快餐店都冇咁差！！食物質素差，薯蓉的粉還未攪勻便上碟… 以為早餐好啲啦，點知都係一樣 我一行三人，提前一晚已預訂好，不知道為什麼記錄只是得兩位，完全不合理，因為房間我已經另外加床（收費），好明顯就是三人！仲要個老女人還要跟我爭辯，其實還未付費，只要加多一個就好了，為何需要爭辯呢？ 房間基本設施，廁所抽氣扇壞的，浸浴時整個洗手間全部都是蒸氣。打開露台，房間底下便是室內浴池的鍋爐，非常嘈吵！ 溫泉部份另外收費，中規中矩，勝在溫泉水質還不錯。前台服務也很好

The staff and the service was great. No complaints there. The parking situation was a bit confusing since it is inside a residential area and there is board that says we cannot park there. There was only one change room and it was small. Would recommend for more since it can be crowded with more people there. We booked the private geothermal bath. As per the photos on website, the private area looked big but it was a small room and it was a bit suffocating since the water is hot and it contains other minerals. The water pool... read more
