Our room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large fridge, convection micro wave oven and dishwasher. The spa bath was also very relaxing.
Beautifully appointed rooms. Easy access to free laundry was a bonus. Lovely and clean.

Overall, the experience had a mix of positives and frustrations. One of the biggest downsides was the booking process, accommodation, dining, and the hot springs all had to be booked separately, even though they’re under the same roof. It made the whole experience feel disjointed, with a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth just to organise everything.
