Really enjoyed meeting with Deena Kapadia, loved the way she talked to me, if I didn't understand she would explain everything to me, also the front desk lady was really nice, and the nurse to felt so comfortable there!
I would post zero stars but it won't let me. There is a side to me that does not want to write this. I care about others deeply so I feel a need to say something. My experience with Medical City Dallas was pathetic and also dangerous. I had something majorly wrong with me and went to the ER on a Friday evening. The orderly in the ER was a complete douchebag and threatened to put me in the psych ward? Terrible bed side manner, Dr. Kapadia left me with more questions than answers. Plan to wait months to get in. I was in tears after this appointment, ive never felt so confused after talking with a medical professional.
