Service was excellent. They helped me get exactly what I wanted in an engagement ring. Sandy & Chuck were an absolute delight to work with.
My fiance and I ended up at Deena by chance while looking for wedding bands on 47th Street and are we ever glad we did. The associate Lola was very kind and helpful and Chuck, the in house old school bench jeweler was exceptional. He not only made my fiance's wedding band exactly how she had envisioned it but also fit it to her engagement ring perfectly. We also got a 14K gold chain and a family heirloom bracelet resized. Great work all around by very nice people - very satisfied customers!
Very good people and honest
Chuck is so patient and helpful. Chuck and all other employees are so kind and made the experience of creating my wedding band so easy. He came highly recommended to me by both of my brothers who made engagement rings with him. I highly recommend!!
