I am a Brazilian customer who visited this store in New York last week with my wife to purchase our wedding rings. We trusted the owner and the store, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing for us. I had a very disappointing experience with this jewelry store. I ordered a ring for my wedding and unfortunately the ring I received looked different from the one I originally selected (color, design and finishing). On the very first day of wearing it, one of the diamonds fell out, which was extremely frustrating considering the importance of the piece.
