This office has screwed me over more times than I can count with maintenance, not showing or unable to get in, or with their side of the rent portal either “not working” or “being late” when trying to pay rent on the first. Nothing seems to be a priority to this company unless they get payed at YOUR expense! I don’t recommend this company unless you love living with black mold, roaches and terrible plumbing.
They rented me a nice sized house for my family and I.
They were very helpful, polite and willing to go the extra mile to help, they represented themselves with professionalism and courtesy thank you.
Do not expect prompt service. My shower has been broken for over a year. They would set up appointments and canceled them or just don't show up at all. I had to take off work more than once because they didn't have apartment keys. Now they have keys, still nothing. Kitchen faucet has been leaking out the side for months. I pay my rent on time, always. It seems like nothing matters, except my rent on the 1st of the month.
