The wait time is horrible. This time it was 45 minutes and the time before this it was 1.5 HOURS. The staff is rude. They turned away a person with an eye infection - the front office staff kept telling him he looked fine and did not have an infection. When he left, the proceeded to ridicule him where it was easily overheard by everyone in the waiting room. They also have no handicap accessible doors.
Poor business ethics, all they are concerned about is the co-pay up front and when you have a refund coming from insurance coverage, getting your money back is an up hill battle and all you get is the run around from their incompetent billing dept.
Professional and friendly, plus fast fantastic work. No pain, everything went great for cataract surgery, week one. right eye, week two, left eye. Feeling great even after surgery, a little mild discomfort is all. I would recommend Deen Gross to anyone for anything involving the eyes. Great crew of workers also, friendly and fast service. Best decision of my life, I can see clearly now, first time in my life.
Dr. gross is a caring professional. I can’t say enough good things about his expertise and attention to details. The entire staff is absolutely amazingly how they treat patients.
