Terrible company and no ethical. Only to mess up with owners and cause troubles to keep its appointment. I want to give zero star if I can.
You absolutely will NOT find a better management company! I know, I've had two apartments buildings and used various management companies that were total nightmares....failing to pay utility bills for months, renting to people who were not qualified, and skimming monies for "repairs. This is such a horrible association company. Manager Makema Adkins’s disclosed residents confidential information and formed a hatred / self interest group within HOA and use HOA for their personnel gains. She also encouraged and provoked fights among owners and boycott certain members to achieve their goals. This company does not comply with any laws and regulations and exposed homeowners to unhealthy and dangerous living conditions. If you have any other options, do not use this company.
