The most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. The pics below were taken after I moved into the apartments @ 7228 Stewart Rd, 08/10/2016. The apartment I was initially shown was not the one I moved into. The day I moved in, I noticed roaches and informed Karol of them she her self told me that they would call someone out and spray but that never happened along with many other items that I brought to her attention. Everybody lives where they can afford. An efficiency today and after graduating college a townhome or a home tomorrow. The Deem Team r good hard working professionals. On their personsal properties they can accomodate ur needs on deposits. Yes, sometimes its hard to get ahold of owners of properties but its all part of having a business.
I was inappropriately assessed various charges when moving out of a rental property. Many of the charges were due to failure of the realtor to appropriately inspect the property before move-in. As a result, I was charged for "damages" that were present at move-in. I do not recommend renting with Deem Realty as it seems they like to take advantage of loop holes and poor quality work.
They like to screw you out of thousands more than you owed them. They cut corners on city standard codes & put your families in danger. I would choose any other realty company for my family's sake.
I did sub contract work for them. They cut corners, ignored city code, & charged former leasors extra thousands of dollars after their leases were up. Their living standards are sub par for sub-standard, lowest class. The city should have a look at their properties. They would get shut down. They charge extra expenses after leases are expired & take it to creditors. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE SUBSTANDARD LIVING CONDITIONS & ARE READY TO HAVE A BAD RENTER'S HISTORY AFTER DEALINGS WITH THEM!
They gave me the run around for 4 days after putting in an application for a rental. Agent kept saying she couldn't reach owner. When I finally got tired of the run around and went in to pick up my deposit they told me the place had been rented and the agent just wasn't up to date on info. Smh. They were all really nice. Just don't do business in a professional manner.
