I applied for an apartment for my handicapped son and I at the Dronfield Astoria building over a month ago and was told I was accepted but they still haven’t produced a lease so my son and I are staying in hotels. The manager said everything looks good on my end it’s just the corporate office we are waiting for. Poor way to conduct business.

Hello, I'd received a voicemail from Lydia Arteaga from Toscana Apts at 10am from you about the water leak in the building that was affecting the unit next door and above them and below. The message said that my water would need to be turned off for a few hours. It is now 9:15pm and my water is still off. This is completely unacceptable, i cant use the kitchen and bathroom sink, the shower/tub wont turn on and the toilet doesn't flush and has the contains from during the day, which i am sure is a health hazard. Manager and workers are really good with communication and the landscaping and design of the building is very modern and creative. 2 thumbs way up!!
