David was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for what we were wanting out of our new living room carpet. The installers were great and very knowledgeable and took steps to perserve the original hardwood floors we didn't realize we had so we can go back to hardwood one day. We're very happy with our new flooring and the service we received.
Quality of products and customer focused
David is a top notch owner. He was very helpful and had a good selection of flooring to choose from. I would highly recommend David to talk to about your flooring needs. But if David decides to use John ower of ' Next Generation Flooring ', as an installer, tell David " No". I found John to be very unprofessional and of poor quality work. He made several mistakes with putting in some vinyl floor in a kitchen dining room area that was not complicated. Two of the mistakes were miss cuts.
