I have had a terrible experience with this group. A few months ago, I called and talked to Ted about Medigap insurance for my husband and an individual policy for myself. He said that he would research some options and get back to me (JoAnn Landon had helped me with my original policy about 4-5 years ago). I never heard back from him.
