I knew I was losing hearing on one side. With a bit of nervousness I came here and was instantly made at ease. My hearing loss was even greater than I thought but everything was explained to me. Heredity of a condition my father had etc. I chose a hearing add that fits in the drum...the mold of my ear they took was painless and easy. Rechargeable. I got to chose the colour if I wanted it to be almost invisible should I choose. So glad I came here and would never recommend anywhere but here!
I had taken my 7 year old son here for the removal of ear wax. The audiologist Sierra was worth recognizing. The whole process she made sure we knew exactly what was happening. She was very knowledgeable and amazing with my son, she took her time with the process and was very patient in extracting the wax, which had been building up for the last two years. I would definitely recommend Deegan hearing clinic to anyone as the staff are very caring.
