We have used Deegan at two houses now for a few different projects, and they have been wonderful every time. Recently Caesar was over to inspect the gutters due to an overflowing issue. He was very thorough in his explanation and showed us pictures of the issues so we knew exactly what was happening. He was incredibly professional and courteous.

The worst. Hired them for a simple repair, they messed it up and had to send a second crew. Worse than that, I was dumb enough to let them upsell me on a roof coating that is peeling and cracking three years later. Research with the manufacturer told me they had applied it completely incorrectly. When I brought it to their attention, their “solution” was to do it again at my cost (they did offer a 10% discount, lol). Do yourself a favor and find someone who stands by their work.

They replaced some old rotted wood around a bay window. They did the job when they said they would and ensured the property was free of trash when they left.

I would have given a 5 star review because their work was excellent. However, they cracked a window and we are now going on month three or four without a repair. Every time we call we get the same old answer of " you should expect a call in the coming days or weeks for scheduling." Very disappointed in the follow up service. At this point, I would not recommend.
