Nice to see others have had good experiences. Unfortuantely ours has been awful. Started in May of '14 to fix leak in roof, $2400 for first fix that didn't work. Months between that and many email and phone attempts, finally get odd estmate in mail to fix chimney as second attempt. Month or so later a rep told me to ignore that estimate. Weeks and many unanswered emails later crew comes back out to look it over, but we had to suggest to them to use the hose to spray around leak area to identify source.
