Roy Rodriguez was our Deeck Technician today. He was very professional, polite, and thorough. It was a pleasure having him to service all our HVAC. He cleaned up at all the units very nicely. Excellent experience.
Deeck has helped with my HVAC needs for years now and when my Heat pump quit recently I called and they promptly came the same day and determined my 11 year old unit was beyond reasonable repairs. They sent the sales dept to verify the issues with replacing it and unfortunately the electrical panel would require an upgrade to meet current code. When our frail and elderly HVAC System died on a Friday night. We called Deeck on Saturday as a new customer. I was expecting a voice mail and a lovely lady answered the phone and assured me Jeremy would contact us for follow up. Jeremy was here within a couple of hours and we had a plan for unit replacement on Tuesday. I have been using Deeck Mechanical for all my HVAC service for the past 6 years. Each time I call with a need, Wyannette answers the phone and is always very friendly and knowledgeable. She answers my questions and promptly schedules my service. Recently, my daughter's air conditioner went out during a very hot spell and a service representative came to assess her system the very next morning.
