When our frail and elderly HVAC System died on a Friday night. We called Deeck on Saturday as a new customer. I was expecting a voice mail and a lovely lady answered the phone and assured me Jeremy would contact us for follow up. She answers my questions and promptly schedules my service. Recently, my daughter's air conditioner went out during a very hot spell and a service representative came to assess her system the very next morning.
