I took a very special necklace and pendant to the gentleman. The necklace needed a small repair. I left it with him for a couple days over a week. I had to call the shop to ask if it had been fixed and if it was ready to be picked up. I was told that they had tried to call me for a couple days but my phone wasn't ringing through.
