I have been coming here for over 5 years and they are not “family” friendly at all. I have a young toddler and another young child and it’s often very difficult to try and get them to my appointment exactly on time. With that in mind, as a “family” practice you would think they might have some level of empathy around managing this, but my last doctor appointment, which I made to hear some test results, I called to request it be changed to Telehealth since it was too difficult to get there as I had a sick child and my doctor ... read more
