“My experience was disappointing. I booked an appointment for my dad’s urgent extraction based on a conversation with the receptionist. When we arrived, there was confusion about the purpose of the visit. The dentist didn’t proceed with the extraction and instead offered another treatment, which we felt didn’t address the urgency. We later had the extraction done elsewhere. Unfortunately, we left feeling unheard and frustrated.”
