While the Volkswagen specialist mechanic at this workshop deserves some credit for his honesty and effort, my overall experience was incredibly frustrating. The mechanic took the time to explain what was done and worked hard despite being unwell, but this didn’t make up for the mismanagement and lack of communication throughout. I wouldn’t recommend this workshop for any major services, as the experience left me feeling let down and skeptical of their reliability. I have a 2012 diesel van which has an overheating issue with grey smoke coming from exhaust. My regular mechanic advised me to take my van to another workshop as he diagnosed a cracked head telling me hence the grey smoke /water vapour! and didn’t wish to fix, as he works solo. I called DY Auto Care…friendly of course, team of mechanics?bring it it well take a look at it.Let me know if I need to finance for fixing I said.
