She is the president of ROSEMONT POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION and promised us everything would be a smooth transition with our renting process since the previous owner went into foreclosure!!! As the president of the association/legal landlord of our unit, she made the decision to not provide heat in our home by replacing the non functional furnace in our unit.
