Very fast service to find out what replacement to get. Tech came back in an hour with a more powerful unit and installed it within two hours. Very friendly tech. Very fair price.
My house flooded due to a sewage backup from a blockage in the pipes. (Around 9pm). They were very fast to respond, efficient, and patient. Everything was explained about what possibly happened, and all my options to get it resolved. They got my water back on that same night. Great customer service, very knowledgeable. They will be my first choice if anything else goes wrong.
Competent, accurate, thorough, arrived within 40 minutes of call, stayed until dark and showed up early the next morning to finish the job. Stuck with the quoted price. Cleaned and sanitized everything before leaving and mopped on the way out. Explained everything, showed video, and installed a bucket to mark the cleanout. Chris and Sayeed were amazing. Mindy in the office made scheduling and communication easy. Highly recommend!
Wow really impressed with their service. It’s 5pm on July 4th and our two showers backed up with water due to a clog. Dee-rooter sent a plumber, Rich, out in less than 1 hour and they spent 3.5 hours trying to unclog the pipes. It was a huge issue, Rich had to call a 2nd plumber for help, and they handled it with patience, and transparency. Rich called me multiple times to give me updates. It never fails that your main drain plugs on a Saturday!!! I called Dee-Rooter after a quick search and recognized their trucks from the neighborhood. Dispatch told me a technician would arrive in about 45 min... get this... THEY WERE HERE IN 10 MIN!!! Nick listened to what I explained was going on without interrupting.
