Had a leak in a pipe leading from water main to the house. Flooded front yard. Decided to get it fixed immediately, which meant an after hours service call. I chose this company based off their consistent 5 star Google reviews. The after hours service fee was $70 cheaper for this company than another well-reviewed company I called. The shop for Dee-Rooter told me a plumber would be out in 45 minutes. Rich called me a few minutes later and told me he was 10 minutes out. Got there at about the 30 minute mark. First class service!! After my hot water heater went down and flooded my garage at 10:00pm. I called Dee-Rooter Plumbing and they sent technicians out first thing in the morning and replaced my HWH same day. Chris and Jay were amazing: professional, friendly, and efficient. Definitely will use their services again.
Chris got me fixed same day on my stuck drain after it clogged and I popped a pipe off trying to clean it. After getting an appointment over the phone in the morning they were at my house in perfect timing after work and had the clog removed and pipe fixed within 30 minutes of being here. Thank you again Chris you do God's work.
Fixed my faucet leak with no issues! Would call them again next time I have a plumbing problem!
