It never fails that your main drain plugs on a Saturday!!! I called Dee-Rooter after a quick search and recognized their trucks from the neighborhood. Dispatch told me a technician would arrive in about 45 min... get this... THEY WERE HERE IN 10 MIN!!! Nick listened to what I explained was going on without interrupting. They sent out Nick and he was wonderful to speak to and was extremely knowledgeable. He let me know everything about my water heater and why it was leaking in the first place. You can tell he loves what he does and cares.
