I just wanted to give a shout out to Dee-Rooter. I called and was met with a very polite customer specialist and she was able to route a technician out to our house quickly. We had a scare of our plumbing over flowing and the technician did multiple stress tests and made sure everything was okay. He was very professional and I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you again for the quick response.
They installed a clean out and were able to clear my sewer line. Going forward they won’t even have to come into my home if I ever get a clog again. I couldn’t be happier!
Nick was awesome. I had a late evening emergency and he came out and did a very thorough check and explained things clearly, including next steps. Really appreciated his help
I would like to commend Chris, Nick and Tyler for their outstanding work. I had a leak in the water line from the meter to my home. Chris took the time to check everything. He even had Nick come out. He gave me very helpful suggestions and options. They answered all my questions and always returned my calls. When the leak was detected and marked, Chris, Nick and Tyler dug up, found and fixed the problem. They returned the area to it's original state. They sent pictures of the work that was done.
