The Doctor is good, but when the scheduler staff can never do anything right it makes it a misurable experience no matter how good the doctor is. They continuously scheduled me at the wrong location. Finally when I show up they make me wait over an hour to see the doctor because they forgot me in the que. Then have to order my records late on the sleep study even though weeks ago they said they had it.
Dr dee has always been just so caring, dr dee and her staff feel like family whenever I come to my appointments. I remember when I was in the hospital, she would check up on me and my wife from time to time out side of her daily rounds. Just an awesome person 😊
Sleep Medicine Clinic in Temple Terrace: 1/5/2020: I saw Ms. Dee Perez, ARNP for a consult regarding my snoring. I had a sleep study done in a sleep lab several years ago by a different doctor. Result was negative but my snoring has affected my quality of sleep. Ms. Dee prescribed a home sleep study. Dee Perez is an amazing Nurse Practitioner so much so that I always refer to her as a Dr. I met her back in 2019 when my husband was hospitalized for three months due to a massive stroke. He had sleep apnea but it had not been diagnosed. Although the insurance would not allow him to get the appropriate sleep study while in the hospital, Dee and her staff did everything they could to ensure he got the right treatment.
