Called ahead of time to make sure they could do it. Quoted me a price of $166. I drive all the way there, and they tell me they can’t do the work. It would have been nice if they would have done their homework to make sure before I drove my $4.00 a gallon gas all the way there. Maybe they just don’t really know what they’re doing. They said they might be able to do it, but felt safer if I went somewhere else. Terrible way to do business. I personally, will never spend another dime with them.
I’ve been to Mobil 1 Lube Express of Springfield a few times now while in town and they’ve been consistently great. The team is friendly, straightforward, and never pushy about extra services. They explain what your car actually needs and get you in and out pretty quickly. The place is clean, pricing feels fair, and the whole experience is easy and stress free. Definitely a spot you can trust. I’ll keep coming back.
