I needed glow plugs replaced in my Ram. We were initially quoted about 1500.00 for parts and labor. I ended up buying the parts on my own because my husband was going to do the work however, it was not something he could do. Dee's was good about using the glow plugs I purchased but they said in the past they generally have issues with the glow plugs breaking when trying to remove them from an Eco-diesel. David and Zach make this business look good! Good sales environment, good-to-reasonable auto prices. When you go in, ask for Zach if you want the hands-down BEST customer service experience. Took the time to take equipment off of my trade in and send it to me 4 hours away. Closed the deal after hours on a Saturday... got us reasonable financing. Almost eight hundred dollars for an ignition coil, four spark plugs and a diagnostic on a possible transmission problem. I was told that the spark plugs were the wrong BRAND. They were the correct model according to the manual and all available info online. The brand is absolutely irrelevant. Guys, just tell me that the ignition coil went out, which is true, don't try to tell me that the spark plugs were the cause as if I don't know anything about cars.
