Our beloved childhood chihuahua died under the care of this establishment. They prescribed her laxatives and injected her blood with medication meant to empty her out. Problem is though- she had an obstruction / blockage. Doctor even admitted this in her report paperwork yet she insisted in prescribing our sweet Princess laxatives. The medicine, and accumulated poop, with no where to go, shattered all her organs one by one, until death. They then proceed to erase our legitimate review. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your 24-hour clinic. While I appreciate the extended hours of operation, the level of care I received was, unfortunately, unacceptable. On 07-15-2025, at approximately 2:00 AM, I rushed my dog Paris to your Hollywood location from Boynton Beach after she suffered a seizure. My priority was, and always is, my pet's well-being.
