Update: they offered a complimentary CT scan (though I was still expected to pay $600 more). However, after this honest Google review, they withdrew the offer and said they would only proceed if I deleted my review, agreed not to post another, and signed a liability release form. Later, VCA corporate offered me $940.95 under the same conditions. I declined because this is unethical and appears to violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act. I love this place, been bringing my cats here for years and have always used the Vet of my choice (they are really all good) and could not be happier. You can ask any questions, get the answers and make your decisions in a proper manner regarding end of life and brand new kittens. I did not disclose my Vet of choice because it takes a while to book them and I'm selfish.....lol. Kidding aside you won't be disappointed. Staff is great too from checking in to checking out. Give them a try.
You may want to avoid Vet at HAH Jessica Lukens Very negative encounter with this woman whom calls herself a veterinary doctor. I will not go into a Trivial Long Story like I see everyone else doing on this review panel. I am Not surprised to learn that there are soo many negative reviews about HAH..... After a much awaited $260 appointment, I brought my elderly 18 y/o cat in to see the Internist, Dr. Fishkin, to try to diagnose why she was having trouble swallowing. Dr.Fishkin was confusing, abrasive and lacked bedside manners. My cat has mammary tumors and during the physical exam, one of them burst and began bleeding for the first time ever.
