I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought in a cat I found on the side of the road after it appeared to have been hit by a car this last Sunday. The animal was injured, bleeding, and clearly needed help. Instead of compassion, I was met with what felt like annoyance that I had brought in a stray. I brought my dog in to get checked for a UTI. Ended up with two vaccines, a fecal test, and an antibiotic with a total cost of 500+ dollars. Ridiculous! I have been going there for 15+ years and will not go back due to the exorbitant pricing and unnecessary services I was charged for today. What a shame to see good doctors but prices that are so astronomical it’s ridiculous. I am taking my business elsewhere from this point forward. This clinic doesn't deserve a single star! The service is terrible, and the staff is disrespectful! We waited three hours to see the doctor, and it was a complete waste of time. We told them our cat had dental issues, but instead of making an appointment, they wasted our time and money. We paid $165.35 just to weigh our cat and take her temperature. The doctor only suggested we get blood tests, which would have cost us $1,000, without providing any help! They should have offered to make an appointment with a dentist at the r... read more
