Tragically, Dee King-Shepard passed away September 19, 2020. She was a retired Army Veteran (Major), dedicated wife and mother, and wonderful friend who was loved by countless people around this globe.... in addition to being a dedicated real estate professional. She will be forever remember and sorely missed.

When selling my home I was living 8 hours away. Ms. Dee was the most sure, honest, trustworthy person I could have ever had represent me. She handled repairs, my worries, and even my loan company just to mention a few of the tasks she undertook for me. Always saying we got this. I got you, just hang in there. In the end my home is sold my worries are gone and even better I gained a new friend and member of the family. Thank you Dee!!!!

Dee King-Shepard is the best realtor I have worked with in the many years that I have sold and bought houses during my military career. She and her crew made the improvements to my old house and it sold within two days of the listing. I cannot express how hard she worked for me and the results from the work that was completed were done in a quality and timely manner. I have never met any agent that can hold a candle to Ms. Dee. Absolutely trustworthy and excels where others can't! Her military background is the reason why she has all her ducks in a row! Love ya Dee!
