Not a customer, but one of your drivers pulled one of the most dangerous and reckless maneuvers I've seen in a long time. Driver pulled into the left turn lane and decided he was going to turn right, from the left turn lane, through my lane and into a driveway without even looking for traffic. This happened on NB Avery just south of South River Road just after 430pm on 8/3/2026.
Id for sure call goyette over Cramers .
Chocolates and a new ignition! LOL....seriously though, I was so impressed with how Lauren listened to our concern, got Ray, the manager to help and within an hour they solved our issue. On top of that Ray sent chocolates to our tenant as a thank you for working with them on their timeline. Way to show guest success Dee Cramer. You just made a raving Fan!!! Have a blessed day!
