I had a neuromuscular massage with Dee a few months after my TOS surgery and it helped so much with the tightness and scar tissue areas I’ve been struggling with. I felt much more stretched out and had noticeably better mobility afterward. It even helped me do more during PT the following week. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was throughout the session, and I’m excited to continue treatment as part of my recovery!
I was having a lot of tension build up in my neck and shoulders. It got to the point it was effecting my range of motion and I was experiencing tension headaches every day. Dee was great! I was a bit hesitant after another bad experience with someone else that worsened my injury. I could tell Dee knew what she was doing. Highly recommend her.
My first massage with Dee went very well. She paid very close attention to my requests for an extremely sensitive body that can be a challenge for any massage therapist. I liked very much the way she adjusted her technique as the massage progressed. Any therapist that works with each individual specifically is the best option in my opinion because one size definitely does not fit all. I will be back. Thanks so much Dee:)
