First impression was key. we walked in and the parlor was clean and very welcoming. Brian eventhough he was on lunch greeted us and made it easy to talk about what I want as a tattoo and we were there in and out about 20 min. Today was the day of doing the tattoo. He made it seem effortless was joking around. The outcome far exceeds my expectations. Brian nailed it! Thank you and we will see you next month for another tattoo!
