I'm doing worse since starting with clinic.. Management interfered with plan of care & treatment. Another issue is support staff are not doing job in timely manor. I have an issue that has not improved but is much worse. An order for MRI was ordered 2 weeks ago & the referral has not been done . I called to inquirer & got an attitude. I've also had to wait at specialist office because they had not completed authorization. I'm a complex pt , not complicated. I'm currently looking for new clinic. I WAS A PATIENT WITH DEDICATED SENIOR FOR JUST A YEAR. ON MAY 29, 2024, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM TELLING ME TO REMOVE THEM AS MY PCP BECAUSE I'M NOT FOLLOWING THEIR PROCESS, WHICH I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THAT PROCESS WAS. I AM A HEALTHY PERSON AND ONLY GO TO THE DOCTOR ONCE A YEAR FOR MY PHYSICAL. THEY WANTED ME TO COME EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR NO REASON. I don't like Jen care my doctors not follow up called for and I got no return call I had X-rays done and was told that they would call me with the results with three days they never called I called them back and still two weeks later no call

Jencare gentilly is the best medical center ill been to since it opened.They care about the patient and don't just do a rush job... 💯 Grade A

I go to the JenCare in Richmond Virginia in Shockobottom. The service there is horrible. I called to get a prescription refill. The first (2) times I called they couldn’t find the pharmacist. Finally the prescription was taken for refill. I go to pick it up (4) days later and then they tell me they can’t refill it. That is the poorest excuse for service I have ever had. You had 4 days to tell me you couldn’t refill it, but, wait until I come and why did you call me to tell me it was ready?

I'm a patient of Dr.Mutchler-Forilli, im 69 yrs old. I had a double knee replacement in 2015. I asked her to fill out a form for handicap placard. First I could never talk to her personally, I spoke with her assistant. I needed the placard for parking at supermarkets, and my apartment complex because my walking is not the same, before my knee replacement. Telecall appt today at 12:50 with dr.Mackee. two hours later waiting, no word. I called them at Virginia beach blvd. They tried to help but could only leave her messages.. meanwhile no response. What kind of dr. Treats patients this way? Rude and NO BEDSIDE MANNER. DISRESPECT FUL. GO BACK TO QUEENS.
